- Using this card
- Show it before anyone on this list is treated, and ask the provider to scan the code to confirm the membership is active.
- Important
- This is a health discount plan. It is not insurance and not a substitute for it. The card confirms membership only — it is not a guarantee of payment. You are responsible for paying providers directly.

Questions
The ones worth asking first
Is this insurance?
No. It is a prepaid discount plan. You pay a monthly membership fee and get reduced prices on health services from participating providers.
There is no policy and no claim. You pay the member price yourself at the time of service, and nobody reimburses you afterwards. That is the difference, and it matters: this plan will not protect you from a catastrophic medical bill. If that is what you need, you need insurance.
You will be asked to acknowledge this in writing before you pay.
Is it really $79 for everyone?
Yes. $79 a month covers up to 5 people in one household. Adding a person does not change the price.
There are no age bands and no rate that varies by where you live. One household, one price.
Who counts as part of my household?
You, plus up to four more people — a spouse or partner, children, or a parent.
The household gets one card with one member number, and every name is on it. Anyone on the list can use the plan on their own — a provider scans the code and sees who is covered, so nobody has to bring you along.
When can I start using it?
Your card is issued as soon as your first payment clears, and the plan starts the same day.
Your identity documents are reviewed after that. If something needs correcting, someone will contact you — your plan does not stop while that happens.

The card proves itself
Anyone can print something that looks like a membership card. The difference is what happens when it gets scanned.
The scan checks now, not then
The QR code does not carry your status inside it. It points at a live lookup, so the answer is whatever is true at the moment someone scans it.
A lapsed card reads as inactive
The image on the phone still looks the same after a plan ends. The scan does not — which is the point.
